F.A.Q.
What if I'm stuck and start hitting a wall?

If your problem refers to coding, you can always ask your teammates for help.

We believe that peer-to-peer are an important part of the process.

However, we provide an extensive support to teams on each step of our courses.

Can I get a refund?
We do provide a week period from the beginning of your course to refund in case you will not like our courses.
How can teamwork help to build my self-confidence?
We know from our own practice and previous educational programs that after taking a course solo students often fail to perceive their level and suffer from 'impostor syndrome'. We see teamwork as a cure for it as it provides an opportunity to see the level of others, study along the way, stop fear mistake, as well as to take part in a grandiose project.
What if we fail a course and will not manage to complete all tasks to deadline?
Our courses are to model real life and in real life, deadlines are often missed. But to master swimming, we have to jump into the water without this skill, and the same relates to deadlines. We think the experience of facing and coping with the deadline is extremely valuable.

And it shouldn't be theorized — you better make a common decision with your team in the circumstances that happened, should you cut the scope or prolong the duration, etc.
From our side, you still will have access to everything after a deadline, so that you can finish the project anyway.
What if there is no affinity within the team?
It is our mission to provide you the best possible conditions for you to learn by doing. If you want to change your team, talk to us and we will re-assign you to a team that fits you better.
