Team format was more difficult than I expected. It is not at all like writing independent "pet" projects. Communication skills and self-organization skills improved instantly.
Choosing tools to work together, cross-reviewing (checking each other's code), refactoring after receiving comments from colleagues. Now I understand how to work in IT companies. You learn a lot of new, practical things in the process.
Team responsibility is a complicated thing. But you can always ask colleagues for help if you have not been able to solve a problem on your own. Self-learning is worse compared to the team format.
